Hello guys and gals!
Today's blog features this gorgeous burgundy number from Pretty Little Thing. PLT is a British fashion company that I discovered through instagram and I fell in love with their fresh look on simple, staple pieces. This dress is perfect for a "California Winter," it keeps you warm, but still breathes, which is essential! The best part? It's a steal for only $27 US. The fit is great too (just as long as you American fashionistas remember to check the UK-to-US size guide first!)
I kept the accessories in line with the dress, simple and chic. The camel hat is truely vintage; I bought it with the hopes of wearing it to the Goodwood Revival (an English event, which is the biggest gathering of classic cars and classic car racing in the world) but alas, other, sparklier hats won out! Lastly I added my favorite gold necklace, it's simple, but the fact that it's made out of spikes gives it an edge!
The shoes are Michael Antonio "Keane" booties, also in camel, which I never thought I'd like as much as I do. The heel is shorter than what I normally wear, but they're good for walking! You can find the dress and the shoes down below!
