What's up guys and gals?!
Today we're continuing our spring trends with this gorgeous white dress from Boohoo! Often when you're searching for a white dress what you find is plain and boring, but Boohoo has added so many fantastic details to this one! The shoulder cut outs give you that "bardot" feeling that's so in right now while still allowing you to wear a bra, and the mesh overlay and the fringe tassels at the hem really compliment the cut of the dress.
Because the dress is such a crisp white, I could really go all out with the colors of the accessories, and this spring time set sent to me by L.V.Kiki did just the trick! I've featured L.V. Kiki on the blog before, and raved about the bangles they sent me. Needless to say their bangle game is ON POINT because they've done it again with this brightly colored trio! The chunky statement necklace contrasted nicely with the soft flow of the dress, and added that bit of extra bling that every outfit needs.
To complete the look I added a pair of strapy pattent leather orange heels from Steve Madden. I was lucky enough to find these beautys at a local thrift shop for about $8 (a retail pair of Steve Madden heels starts at $60!!) so they were an absolute must have!
Normally this is when I'd wrap this blog up, because I don't talk about my makeup for the most part, but today I thought, "Why not?!" It doesn't take much to freshen up your everyday makeup, and this look proves that. I swapped out my normal cat eye for a dash of "Gonzo" from the Urban Decay Electric Palette, which really brightened everything and made my eyes look REALLY blue.
Hope you liked today's blog! Remember to check back every week for more!
