What's up guys and gals?! I recently was invited to stop in to the Simons' Brea Mall in Orange County, California and though it was a little out of the way for me (a 2 hour drive from my place in Los Angeles) I'm SO glad I went! In addition to its' luxe sculptures, fountains, and Italian-style tiled floors, the mall was beautifully decorated for the holidays! It has an amazing combination of unique and mainstream stores anchored by Macys, Sears, JC Penny, and Nordstroms, including a brand new Morphe store which is SO exciting, as they're my favorite makeup brand! They have 175 shops in the mall, but another few that I was excited about are Kiehls, Quay Australia, and a Tesla showroom with a few of their newest cars on display.
Here are some great gift ideas from the stores featured at this event!
As Counselor Troi from Star Trek once said, "I've never met I chocolate I didn't like," and similarly, my love for chocolate is never ending. Who wouldn't want some of these beautifully presented, festively decorated, absolutely luscious Belgian chocolates for Christmas? I know I would! My pick is the 32 piece Assorted Seasonal Gift box for around $55 or how about "The Murder On The Orient Express" Set, which features chocolates and truffles for $64.
WS carries gifts for the holidays and every day to make your kitchen and dining fashionable and fun!I have difficulty choosing which gifts to select from Williams Sonoma, as this is a store where I could just buy everything. However, if I HAD to pick one thing, I'd say that the foodie in your life would be eternally grateful for the stunning copper cookwear. This 10 piece professional set is a beauty and at the time of this writing was on sale for $675 . The beautiful Nutcracker platter seen here will make your holiday table extra festive (It's about $80).
Here I am wearing two of my favorite Swarovski pieces - the Crystal Dust Double Bangle Multi Color bracele ($89) which comes in 16 colors (AND it turns into a choker necklace, how cool is THAT?!!) and the Sparkling Dance Star Ring ( $99) Oh, and don't forget your 2017 Collectible Ornament!
I use Morphe products ALL the time, so I was beyond excited to see that they have a physical store in the Brea Mall. Giftable brush sets and their famous eyeshadow pallets will put a smile on anyones' face.
Pictured are the Rose Gold Holiday brushes, which are a version of the "That Bling Set" ($99).
This fine jewelry store has exactly what you need to impress that extra special someone in your life! I am wearing the stunningly elegant Toscano Lion Cuff. ( $2,499 )and the Toscano Double Link Oval Ring ($799). With purchases over $180,
Ben Bridges gives you a cute plush panda bear with a zipper pouch to hide the gifts in. How sweet is that?
Is there a mixologist in your life? Snap up this snazzy cocktail set from Tommy Bahama at the Brea Mall. The Holiday Camper Cocktail set sells for $70 or get your hands on this luscious Pina Colada Cake made especially for Tommy Bahama. (Preorder it for about $89.)
Typo has totally charmed me with their personalized stationary. Get your BFF's name or initials put on a glittery journal and add the matching glittery pen! Sparkles galore!
Once you have purchased everything on your list, stop by Nordstroms Marketplace Cafe for a handmade pizza or a panini. On your way out grab a bag of sweets from the Sweet Factory for the drive home!
If you don't live in Orange County ,you can still shop at a large number of Simon Outlets and Premium Malls. Follow this link for a list of stores in your state. http://www.simon.com/mall
